Graeme has been in the construction and mining industry since 1969 when he was involved in the construction of the North Goonyella Mine at Moranbah.Graeme successfully operated Marian Haulage for eight years with a weekly turnover of $1.2 to $2 million dollars. This company was comprised of 350 employees shifting over-burden, coal, dozer push, topsoil, haul roads and rehabilitation. Marian Haulage worked at Burton Coal Mine from the start of construction in 1994 and continued to provide services to the mining division for approximately 6 years.Later Graeme founded HM Hire, a small company with a fleet of 85 ton rear dump trucks, dozers, graders, loaders and all the necessary auxiliary gear to support almost any project. We are able to source further equipment or machinery if your project requires it.Recently HM Hire was engaged for a three year long project with Thiess at Burton Coal Mine carrying out topsoil removal and sundry jobs such as excavating for dams and roads.If you require any further information about our services, please contact us on 04 4773 9611 or 07 4954 3155.
